Hafez Kamal Hedayat is a seasoned with decades of top management experience in several companies and industries. His expertise is primarily in strategic planning, finance, and investment management. Mr. Hedayat’s educational background is in Industrial and Systems Engineering (Sharif University of Technology).
He served as the CEO and Member of Board at CIDCO (Cement Investment and Development Company) for six years (2004-2010). CIDCO expanded quickly during his tenure. He has been CEO, Chairman, and Member of the Board at several companies for years, among which are Fars Khuzestan Cement Company, Pars Shahab Lamp Co, and Azarkhak Industrial Group. While serving as a top manager at large companies, he authored many articles and has translated several management book from English to farsi. One of the books he jointly translated, “Learning Organizations, the Fifth Discipline” was recently republished for the 35th edition by Industrial Management Institute.
